How we choose vendors
First we see how much data the vendor requests, then we verify security, encryption, and log retention.
Your identity, device, and session data cannot be spread unnecessarily; takavip App shares only data needed for the task, and that is limited in time.
Contract and data processing rules
Each vendor has a data processing agreement stating how they store data, when they delete it, and who can see it.
Vendors that log more than 3 months are also reviewed separately; many Dhaka-based users use bKash or Rocket, so transaction data is kept small, specific, and secure.
What happens if vendor changes
When a new vendor arrives, the old system's access is closed, then data transfer, deletion, and backup verification occur.

What are your rights
